Our combined Pilates and yoga program borrow modalities from both disciplines to give you a thorough workout designed to help strengthen and condition your lean muscles, and improve your overall flexibility and muscle tone. Pilates and Yoga both share some common characteristics, including the focus on stretching and core strength, proper breathing techniques, and the fluidity of movement from one pose to the next. By utilizing both in a combined class setting, you can get the maximum benefit from both exercise programs in a single session.
This class is not for beginners to either yoga or Pilates. You must have experience with each discipline with us.
