Working against resistance on the reformer is essential to completing the 500 classical Pilates exercises, which are designed to train the body’s “powerhouse” — the abdomen, lower back, hips and buttocks. This class will push each of those muscle groups to the limit, continuing to work on core strength and muscle density without adding bulk. This is the class most resembling that of a professional dancer's program, and we'll practice, train and work out just like those professionals do!
