In this resistance-based workout we will touch on improved flexibility, core strength and improved conditioning for every one of your muscles, right down to your toes. Like traditional Pilates programs, this class is focused on core stability, spinal alignment and muscle group strengthening. By improving core strength and body movement control, Pilates helps individuals create a foundation from which all other movements can flow. Reformer Pilates uses a reformer and other resistance equipment to improve flexibility and strength for the entire body, while stressing body movement and control.
This class is designed for those individuals who have some experience previously with a Pilates program, typically after a few months of our Mat I Pilates program. Ask an instructor today if you're ready to take the next step in your Pilates development with our challenging Reformer Pilates program.
