This class is a cardiovascular workout class utilizing Pilates concepts done on the Reformers with the Jump Boards accessories. Jump Board Intervals is a fun, energizing way to work your entire body, increase strength, and work up a sweat. By using the reformers with the jumpboard accessory boards, we incorporate Plyometric work into your routine without high impact or strain on your joints. Even if you are working with an ankle or knee injury, Jump Board Intervals is a great way to introduce power and strength back to your body. Focused on muscle strengthening and stretching with as little impact on the lower body as possible, this class is perfect for those who want to rehab or workout their core and muscle groups in a low impact setting.
